Call in person at Richmond Theatre Box Office Mon to Sat 10am-8pm. Please note that the Box Office is unable to take bookings in person for future shows one hour prior to a performance.

Telephone sales
Open from Mon to sat 9am-9pm and Sun 10am-6pm. Richmond Theatre accepts Visa, Access, Switch and American Express

Email, postal, telephone and fax bookings are subject to a fee. Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded. Children under 5 will not be admitted to Richmond Theatre, except for children and family shows, where children over the age of one must have their own seats.
