Country houses, castles and gardens Directions From the North: Via the A1: take the A58 from the A1 at Wetherby, heading towards Leeds, to the Leeds Outer Ring Road (A6120). Turn right onto the A6120 for five miles to the third roundabout (Lawnswood). Turn right at this roundabout onto the A660, signposted for Airport and Skipton. The hotel is two miles from the roundabout, on the right hand side. Via the A65: From Burley-in-Wharfdale bypass, take the A660 signposted Otley and Leeds. On approaching Otley, be in the right hand lane to continue straight on over the roundabout to Leeds. Continue on the A660, through traffic lights (junction with A658) through Bramhope. The hotel is situated on your left hand side, directly after the car park for Golden Acre Park. From the South: Via the A1: exit the A1 at the A63 Leeds (not Selby). Follow A63 to A6120 and follow directions as per from the North via the A1. Via the M1: The M1 becomes the M621 after the junction with the M62. Continue on the M621, exit at junction 3 (formerly M1 junction 47) signposted City Centre, and follow the Inner Loop Road through the city centre, towards the Civic Centre and Leeds General Infirmary, following the signs for Skipton, the A660, or the Universities. Continue on the A660, past the university, through Headingley to the Lawnswood roundabout. Carry straight on at the Lawnswood roundabout. The hotel is two miles from the roundabout, on the right hand side. From the East and West (M62): Route avoiding City Centre: Exit the M62 at Junction 27 (if from West) or Junction 29 (if from East), following the M621 towards Leeds. Exit the M621 at junction 1, A6110 Leeds Inner Ring Road. Continue along the A6110 for approx. 3 miles, across several roundabouts until the road merges with the A647. Follow this road to the next roundabout, head straight on to the A6120. Continue along the A6120 until you reach the Lawnswood roundabout, the junction with the A660 and turn left (signposted Skipton and Airport).
